Meet once a week to have fun, learn dance moves, and burn calories. Tuesday morning classes start January 2, 2018. Monday evening classes start January 8, 2018.

  1. CHOREOGRAPHY
    Repetitive routines and clear cues help students learn routines quickly so they are free to enjoy the class and burn more calories.
  2. INSTRUCTION
    A licensed and certified instructor ensures students are safe and comfortable and simplifies routines to encourage confidence.
  3. MUSIC
    Clean, upbeat, diverse music keeps students energized and excited about mastering routines and getting fit.
  4. CONSULTATION
    Total health consultation focusing on the 4 pillars of health: stress, fitness, sleep and nutrition.
  5. MEAL PLAN
    Weekly list of healthy breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner ideas including grocery lists, recipes, and directions.
  6. ACCOUNTABILITY
    A committed group of friends to party with! Ten weeks to bond and burn with new people with similar health goals.
